Role Play
Kinkotica Book 2
How do you handle falling in love on the table when you might be falling in love off of it?
I've been playing D&D with Sam for years, and we've been friends for even longer. I've done a great job of not letting my crush interfere with that, until his paladin kisses my bard and now I can't get any of it out of my head. Sam's all fire and divine rigorousness, and he looks at me like they want to devour me. The problem is, I only seem to be able to say what I'm really feeling in character. Both my character and I are keeping secrets now, and the only question is what's going to happen when the truth comes out?
When Mirabel and Sam’s D&D role playing crosses the line between friends and lovers, they start to toy with the line as well. It’s easier to pretend to be a dashing bard and steadfast paladin than two people falling in love, but is their connection only as strong as their characters’?

Look at who we got here!
Thanks for picking up this book! Before you get started, let me fill you in on what you are getting into. These Kinkotica books focus specifically on a kink, and Role Play is up! Kinkotica as a series came from the fact that this book isn’t really about sex or romance, the focus is on the kink and how these kinksters are diving into it. We won’t be getting into the romantic details of how our couple met, nor will we be taking a grand look at their lives outside of their kink. What we will do is dive into their growth through the exploration of one particular kink, and all the other juicy kinks they are going to mix in there.
The safeword is Geas, but to be sure you won’t have to use it, let me give you a tiny dip into the novel. This is a spicy book, so I get into all the details of what goes where and how it feels. This is also a kinky book, so I go into all the details about how that feels too. This book focuses on role play, but other kinks and events in this book include but aren’t limited to (in alphabetical order): breath play, creampie, cumplay, Hyperspermia and a fetish for it, Phone Sex, Rough sex, and Video sex. There are also scenes where the characters pretend to be under the influence of spells such as Hold Person and Zone of Truth, which plays into light CNC.
Now if that’s gotten your fingers wet, let’s go on an adventure.
Early Feedback on Role Play
“Queen of Kinkotica Ally Marr has triumphed again in her newest novella. I loved reading about Mirabel and Sam’s exploration of their role play kink, which Marr approached with all the usual love and care I’ve come to expect from her books. The couple fall for one another across the table at their DnD game, but don’t come to realize it until they hash things out in character off-table and under the bed sheets. The book is full of steamy, spicy, power-play fun and is a must-have for any nerdy erotica collection. The story is interspersed with “in-character” perspectives of Sam and Mirabel’s DnD characters, giving an entertaining blend of magical fantasy story-telling and contemporary romance. If you want a book that is hot, touching, and totally unique, check out Role Play by Ally Marr!”
“You always have a way to stop my heart, and quicken my fingers”
“This book is a great blend of fantasy, fetish, story telling, and finding out that sometimes the very thing you seek, may just be right in front of you. It’s a great read, and you HAVE to give it a go!”
“I recently had the pleasure of reading “Role Play” and I loved it! The way it shifts between the D&D game and the growing connection between the players felt so natural and fun. The chemistry and conflict between the characters is hot, but it’s the parallel story outside the game that really got me. It’s sexy, yes, but also sweet and kind of vulnerable in a way that surprised me. If you’re a fan of ACOTAR or are into fantasy, kink, or just stories where people slowly fall for each other through shared imagination, this one really hits the mark!”
“Listen. I am NOT a D&D player, nor have I ever been curious. With that being said, this author weaved the story so well that I believed I was part of the game and the story was my story, I was in their game.
The spice was SPICEY! And delicious both in the role-playing and outside of it.
The characters are well written, smart, well fleshed out and compelling. Their stories were believable and pulled me in from the beginning.
I would read a whole series about the people playing the game and wanted more from this OG couple.
The authentic representation of Puerto Rico had my heart from the beginning, I caught all of the little mentions here and there and AUTOMATICALLY saw myself on the island.
This is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read for me and I WILL read it again”
